We want to make sure your gifts arrive quickly and safely! Here's what to expect when you place an order with Gifts 4 Every Shift.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Personalized items may take slightly longer depending on volume.

2. Shipping Options

We offer standard and expedited shipping within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

3. Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

4. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can help resolve it.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the U.S. We hope to expand internationally in the future!
