Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order! If something's not right, here’s how we can help:

1. Returns

We accept returns on non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Personalized or custom items are non-refundable, unless there’s a production error or defect.

2. Exchanges

Need a different item or design? Email us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll do our best to help with an exchange if the item is eligible.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, email support@gifts4everyshift.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Item(s) you’d like to return

  • Reason for return

We’ll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
